Please be sure to include the email address or username that is attached to the subscription in question. Our team will be happy to review the account with you and help where possible.
Cancellation
If you are looking to cancel, we would hate to see you go and invite you to share some feedback, we are always striving to perfect the customer experience. If you have specifics that would help you reconsider cancelling, we welcome your suggestions.
